To add your name to the AYH mailing list for these rides, fill in the form below and "Send" it.  You will be added to our "Bike Ride Mailing List".  This list was used only to make announcements about bike rides and to receive a copy of our newsletter.  Your name and address will not be used for any other purpose.  If you want to receive other kinds of information about AYH then fill out our General Mail List form.
